Hi guys,
I've finally gotten Pim to switch over to a MAC-book, so we've finally gotten that argument out of the way. But now we face another problem: we don't know how to create a bootable USB on OSX, to re-ISO the i3. Anyone got the skinny? _________________ Regards, DutchGuyDesign Erik Steijvers "I am not only the president of the giggling little bitches' club, I am also a member" http://www.dutchguydesign.com S3 M1 |

I don't have an I or T series so i can't say specifically about a Vista ISO but i used to follow this to do other bootable usb isos.
Download the desired .img file Open a Terminal (under Utilities) Run diskutil list to get the current list of devices Insert your flash media Run diskutil list again and determine the device node assigned to your flash media (e.g. /dev/disk2) Run diskutil unmountDisk /dev/diskN Execute sudo dd if=/path/to/downloaded.img of=/dev/diskN bs=1m Run diskutil eject /dev/diskN and remove your flash media when the command completes I'm sure there are easier methods out there tho... |

I had a great PDF illustrating step by step how to create it and it worked great...but then I deleted the PDF and I can't find it anywhere on the Jands site any more. :/

I believe you need a pc to do this.
I was told you can't do it using a Mac. WinRar is your friend in this situation which means you need a windows machine. |
