I would realy apreciate the skip back button to have an cue timing option!!!
So I don't need to use the live time fader to do that ,cause maybe i use it for something else. |

Isn't the pause button for that, so you can go back a cue with timing? Or are you thinking something else?

You're a step ahead of me Giancarlo. I've been using jump to accomplish what you're doing with the live time. I think I'll start using live time.
I'm hesitant to say skip back should have timing associated. I like that it snaps for most things. I've thought about this feature before, I've always envisioned it as a whole new button. It would be like a play button but one that plays the previous step with the cue timing or a set timing. Pause seems like it just snaps back. I could be wrong, it has happened... _________________ Samuel Pendergrass Assistant Production Director High Desert Church Last edited by spendergrass on Sat Apr 21, 2012 6:10 am, edited 1 time in total. |

Hi there so I was thinking of a new button, a function that gives us the chance to skip back using the cue timing ! Don't think about superplayback I don't want to use it,forget about that section so you can use it for ather stuff! I would realy like to have it cause in a live show this is a very usefull function! |

Pause will step back using the cue's timing (once the cue's finished running. Otherwise, one press of pause stops the cue executing, a second press will fade it back...) |

Do you want it to reload the previous cue instead of releasing the current one? I guess you could call it a jump back instead of a skip back or something.

That could be a problem that's why I would realy apreciate the skip back with cue timing, and not the pause button that needs to finish the cue time. |

I think skip back needs to be left as is. I'm all for a new button type.

I've been asking for a simple go back button for a while now. _________________ Ben Coleman Premier Production Services Harrisburg, PA T2/S1 |

While I'm not opposed to the idea of an extra option along these lines, I worry slightly over the implications of a previous cue being played back while the current cue is not finished executing, yet.
This sounds like something that would need to be tested VERY thoroughly, before being released... _________________ Regards, DutchGuyDesign Erik Steijvers "I am not only the president of the giggling little bitches' club, I am also a member" http://www.dutchguydesign.com S3 M1 |

Hi there nice to see you again here in the forum!
I am on a tour actualy and I am using a t2 ,I am doing already this stuff by using the live time fader and the skip back button but it's not realy comfortable! it's better having a dedicated button for this, so the superplayback can be used for other stuff. But if we could have this option on a button, first it's realy comfortable and it's great because if you skip back with cue timing, you will have a smooth turn to precedent colour with cmy spots,or a very smooth turn back to a previous position and dimmer ecc... ! |

Ok that makes more sense. Plus I've had time to kind of toy around with what you were talking about.
